Jakarta (10/3/2020) Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja mengadakan Sosialisasi Perlindungan bagi pekerja anak untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat berlangsung di Ruang Tridharma lantai 2, Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav. 51 Jakarta Selatan pada Selasa 10 Maret 2020.
Dalam sosialisasi memenuhi Undangan mewakili PB PTMSI Busman Zainuddin Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal PB PTMSI dan Mansur Afianto Lakoro Ketua Bidang Pertandingan dan Perwasitan PB PTMSI.
Hadir dalam acara ini Direktur Pengawasan Norma Kerja Perempuan dan Anak Drs. Asep Gunawan, MM sekaligus membuka acara Sosialisasi. Sebagai Pembicara dalam Acara Sosialisasi Sri Astuti, SH, M.hum Kasubdit Pengawasan Norma Perlindungan Pekerja Anak dan Haryani Rotua Melasari Kepala Bidang Kepesertaan Korporasi dan Institusi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Beliau menjelaskan Bahwa berdasarkan Pasal 71 Undang – Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan menyatakan bahwa anak dapat melakukan pekerjaan untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat Jo. Pasal 3 Keputusan Mentri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Nomor 115/MEN/VII/2004 tentang Perlindungan bagi anak yang melakukan Pekerjaan untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat harus memperhatikan kepentingan terbaik untuk anak.
Untuk Perlindungan Anak maka disarankan dari Pelatihan sejak dini untuk menjaga dari kecelakaan baik dalam perjalanan pergi pulang maupun dalam latihan bahkan dalam pertandingan bisa tercover dengan BP Jamsostek untuk Atlet dengan iuran yang minim. Tidak hanya untuk mengcover kecelakaan tapi juga untuk masa tua, pensiun dan pertanggungan jiwa. (Mansur)
