PB PTMSI menghadiri Pelantikan Pengurus Pusat Persatuan Olahraga Berkuda Seluruh Indonesia - PP.Pordasi
Jakarta - (29/2/2020) Diwakili oleh Viola Kurniawan (Ketua Harian), Dian E Meringgi (Kabid Binpres), dan Mansyur Afianto Lakoro (Kabid Pertandingan & Perwasitan) dilakukan di Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta, Jumat (28/2/2020)
Pelantikan PP Pordasi dilakukan langsung oleh Ketua Umum KONI Pusat, Marciano Norman, dan dihadiri pula oleh Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora) Zainudin Amali. Dalam sambutannya, Marciano memberikan selamat kepada kepengurusan baru PP Pordasi dan cukup antusias karena dirinya pun menyukai olahraga berkuda.
Setelah resmi menjadi pengurus, Ketua Umum PP Pordasi, Triwatty Marciano, mengajak kepengurusannya untuk bekerja keras memajukan olahraga berkuda di Indonesia. Minat masyarakat terhadap olahraga berkuda, baik pacuan, equestrian, dan disiplin lain, menjadi fokus utama PP Pordasi
"Kami menginginkan kelak Indonesia memiliki banyak atlet berkuda terbaik agar mata dunia memandang atlet dan kuda Indonesia itu dahsyat dan perkasa. Pada Olimpiade 2032, InsyaAllah cabang olahraga berkuda akan mempersembahkan medali untuk Indonesia," tegas Triwatty pada akhir sambutannya.
Hadir dalam pelantikan tersebut, Menpora Zainudin Amali, juga mempertegas harapannya agar olahraga berkuda bisa berprestasi di level internasional dan juga adanya pembinaan atlet muda yang disiapkan untuk Olimpiade 2032.
“Pak Presiden serius untuk bisa jadi tuan rumah. Beliau meminta agar bukan hanya sukses menjadi tuan rumah Olimpiade 2032, tetapi juga dari sisi prestasi,” jelas Zainudin Amali.
Dalam kepengurusan PP Pordasi yang baru, Triwatty Marciano akan fokus untuk mengembangkan semua disiplin olahraga berkuda agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat, mulai dari pacuan kuda, equestrian, polo, maupun horseback archery. (Mansyur)
